The Broadway & 94th Pump Station is a facility that provides sanitary sewage pumping for the upstream community and conveys wastewater to the downstream plant.

To optimize the current process, this project reconfigured existing basins into a five-cell, five-train BNR basin using new anoxic, swing, and aerated control cells to increase treatment efficacy and efficiency. The plant control system is one of the most capable and advanced in the country, employing the most current technology available.

The Prineville Airport Industrial Park is home to several massive data centers. With existing water and sewer systems near capacity, the City of Prineville knew it had to provide additional utilities to support these facilities and other development.

The purpose of the Downtown Access Project is to address aging infrastructure, safety, and congestion to increase the efficiency of the movement on I-515/US-95 through downtown as well as revitalize and reconnect the community.

This program replaces an existing diamond interchange at NE 116th Street and I-5 with a new single-point urban interchange, providing much needed capacity and safety improvements.

Parametrix provided survey, engineering, and construction support for a wide range of infrastructure improvements at the camp. This included working closely with a landscape architect to design unique pathways, seat walls, stairways, and landscape features that added to the camper experience.

Vista Field is being developed using a New Urbanism model – a neighborhood-scale planning approach focused on mixed uses, active public spaces, multi-modal access, pedestrian-scale streets, and a density of development not typically found within the Tri-Cities region

Parametrix has been involved with the Seabrook development since master planning. The team has provided land use planning; landscape architecture; permitting; public agency coordination; civil site design including stormwater, sewer, water, and roads; land survey; and construction administration.

SH-16 is a new north-south highway, providing a regional connection between I-84 and Emmett and improving mobility throughout Treasure Valley in southwestern Idaho.
